摘要：
As the enterprises face more and more pressure from the stakeholders, this article analyzes the risks caused by improper assumption of social responsibility. Then it recommends the general procedure of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR)management, and intends to raise the attention to the study of CSR risks.
