摘要
The driving capability of bladder power pump (BPP) is affectd by the control and structure parameters of the electromagnetic drive of the BPP. To study the driving capability, a three-dimensional finite element model of the electromagnetic drive is built using finite element method (FEM). The driving capability is investigated by means of the model, taking into account the control and structure parameters such as the exciting current of electromagnet, the number, interval size and initial angle of permanent magnets (PMs). The FEM analysis results show that the driving capability is enhanced by reasonably increasing the exciting current of the electromagnet and the number of the PMs, and reducing the interval size and initial angle of the PMs. The research conclusions provide a beneficial guidance for the optimal structure design of the electromagnetic drive of the BPP.
