摘要
The software process improvement aims at improving the capability of software development for the software enterprises. The standardized improvement process can solve the problems, which are faced by many software projects, such as low quality, delayed rate of progress and overspent costs. CMM/CMMI, the widely-used evaluating standard of software capacity maturity, has provided many directive criterions for software development process. This paper is based on our experiences of developing logistic information system, and the researches on contrast of MSF role model and classic model. It explains how to improve the process of software development with CMM in detail. In this way, the software process can be improved by feasible procedures.
