SOLUTION OF THE GAS FLOWMETER SELECTION PROBLEM FOR INFORMATION-MEASURING SYSTEM

摘要
The main aspects of choosing the optimal flow measurement device for the information-measuring system for accounting and distribution of natural gas using methods for solving multicriteria problems in the face of uncertainty are considered. The problems of establishing priority in the conditions of fuzzy, subjective information presented by experts regarding flowmeters of various manufacturers are analyzed, the most significant and effective ways of selecting a measuring device depending on the technical and economic indicators of the flowmeter are given taking into account the guarantees provided by the developer and the manufacturer's service conditions, the possibilities of solving this problem are shown.
