Error-free signal selection and high-speed channel switching by monolithically integrated 64-channel WDM channel selector

摘要
Bit error rate at 10 Gbit/s and channel switching characteristics of a monolithically integrated 64-channel selector were measured. Error-free operation on all channels with a typical sensitivity penalty of 1.3 dB was confirmed. Fast channel switching < 1.0 ns for rise-time and < 1.5 ns for fall-time were obtained.
