摘要：

The paper deals with the modernization of public administration, the-main principles applied in the process of modernization of the Czech Republic and summarizes the opinions of experts. The author summarizes the latest trends and highlights of the different groups of data held by public authorities. In the article the author asks the questions about the danger connected with potential misuse of data and presumes the potential risks associated with data protection.
