摘要：

This paper combines narrative visualisations with modern 3D virtual reality technology to create an effective and focused presentation that persuades the user of a given theory or opinion. The aim of this is to show using virtual reality creates a more pleasing experience and allows a more powerful connection to be made between the user and the information. A user study was run to test these techniques. In the user study, thirty people explored a 3D space with data and narrative visualisations placed inside.
