摘要
This paper presents the control of a fuel cell hybrid electric vehicle (FC-HEV). It was developed during the FiSyPAC project. The vehicle has been built on the basis of a Peugeot 307CC platform, transformed into an electric vehicle integrating a 70 kW power train. One of the project challenges was to monitor energy management between two energy sources: Lithium-ion battery and fuel cell system supplied with compressed hydrogen (700 bars). First of all electric vehicle architecture are presented. Then characteristics of the two energy sources are detailed. And finally the strategy of the energy management is described to optimize vehicle performances (consumption, efficiency and longitudinal dynamic performances). The innovative vehicle concept is a range extender one. The battery offered a range of 75 km and the hydrogen extends this range to 500 km. The 23 kW of the fuel cell system power is sufficient to provide power to the drive train in quite cases and the battery gives a power boost if necessary. The energy management strategy maintains the battery state of charge at a sufficient level to guarantee longitudinal dynamic performances on all over the vehicle range for urban and suburban uses.
