摘要：
University is responsible for culturing high-quality innovative talents who adjust to current social development, the present situation of young teachers in university and internal implication of teaching competence was investigated in this paper. It brings forward that increasing the teaching competence of young teachers in university through reforming educational methods, strengthening the band between education and research, reforming teacher management method, consummating teacher cultivation system. The main research results have directive functions for forming a young teacher group, who hold the multiform educational methods and innovative spirit.
