Safety and cost benefit of same-day discharge after percutaneous coronary intervention

摘要：
We studied 210 consecutive patients who underwent same-day discharge after coronary intervention. In selected patients this approach was associated with a low incidence of adverse events, a reduction in hospital stay and costs, and a high degree of patient satisfaction.
