Analysis on the effectiveness of education in institutions of higher learning based on cultural confidence

The completion of the Communist Youth League's (CYL's) core mission of ideological and political work cannot be done with the absence of culture in Institutions of Higher Learning. However, if we want to strengthen cultural education, we must first adhere to cultural confidence. With the help of the related scales, this paper analyzes the present situation of cultural education advocated by the CYL, and finds out that the value perception and satisfaction of college students to the overall service of the CYL are relatively low. Meanwhile, the problems of lack of value soil, imbalance between supply and demand, and strong administrative color exist in the process of achieving cultural education advocated by the CYL.
