摘要
In this paper, styrene-acrylic emulsion modified by silicone was synthesized. Polyacrylate emulsion was synthesized based on emulsion co-polymerization. In the experiment, with styrene and butyl acrylate employed as solid and soft monomer respectively, and acrylamide used as add-dislovedagent and co-polymonomer, applying the technology of compounding anionic emulsifer with nonionic emulsifier, and (NH4)S2O8 utilized as the initiating agent for oxidation and deoxidization, we discussed the influence of the ratio of the monomers, the ratio and dosage of the emulsifiers, the amount of initiator and copolymerization temperature on the characteristics of the emulsion. The polymerization of silicone modified styrene-acrylic emulsion was studies based on the above experiment. The effects of the dosage of silicone on the properties of styrene-acrylic emulsion were investigated. Finally, the product was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy.
