摘要：
The article focuses on current regulation of acting of individual on behalf of legal person in the area of administration liablitiy. The subject of article is also the regulation of imputability of a action of individual to legal person in selected countries. In conclusion, the authour present he views on the current domestic and forgein regulation of the issue with an enmphasis on its possible utilisation in any future legistation of imputability of action of individual to legal person in the area of administration liablity of legal persons.
