摘要
Culture is a major determinant of an organization's ability and desire to innovate. An innovative and high-initiative culture helps an organization respond better to market signals. It can better exploit opportunities, get new products and services to market more quickly and more often capture first-mover advantage. The question for leaders today isn't whether culture is important for success but how culture can drive successful innovation - and what, specifically, leaders can do to influence the kind of culture that leads to behavior that's truly innovative. By using the relevant literature on organizational culture and innovation, including books and journal articles, websites, and case Study, this paper explore the impact of organizational culture on the innovation process. The findings highlight the influence of culture in the organization and the outcomes of such use
