摘要：

Outsourcing has been one of the critical issues in supply chain management recently. In order to improve he value of enterprise outsourcing in supply chain management, this paper uses the DEA method to analyze real examples on the basis of the model of vendors assessment in supply chain, and the paper proposes one outsourcing assessment model of vendors in supply chain. The model combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis and takes into consideration not only the value of vendors but also the factors of vendors. It can get the best results of vendor assessment through multi-stage culling and effective combination of multiple targets.
