摘要
This project aims to demonstrate how digital media contributes to the support and optimization of procedures inherent to the advertising of job offers in the tourism sector in Portugal, from publication of the offer to the selection of the most promising candidate for the vacancy available. This work is based on the creation of a digital platform to support human resources management in the tourism sector, specifically in the recruitment and selection of workers. This platform aims to bring together candidates and recruiters through the design of a digital interaction space that helps to outline the desired worker profile, in order to identify candidates who present the most appropriate skills for different companies. The research work presented in this project consisted of the design of the platform, based on the application of several methods interconnected with the principles of Social Interaction Design; the understanding of UX and UI design; the application of the persona method; the creation of workflows and wireframes; and the development of usability tests, which allowed to optimize the final prototyping of this project. In short, with the development of the digital platform, it was intended that the processes of recruitment and selection of candidates in the tourism sector would become more effective and would contribute to the construction of a community of professionals who seek to work in the tourism sector.
