摘要：
The development of low-carbon economy is the effective way to avoid catastrophic global climate change and maintain stainable development of human society. World economy and trade have started the transition towards low-carbon. Only through improving export trade growth mode, accelerating export structure adjustment and upgrading, and taking up lower carbon trade development could China maintain the invincible position in the ever intense international trade competition.
