摘要：
A combination of catalytic amounts of [ReBr(CO)(3)(thf)](2) and tetrabutylammonium fluoride (TBAF) promoted the dimerization of aryl- and alkenyl-substituted alkynes with high regio- and stereoselectivities, and gave only (E)-enynes. When terminal alkynes having a carbonyl group were employed as substrates, regioselective cyclotrimerization of the alkynes occurred to give 1,3,5-trisubstituted aromatic compounds.
