摘要
The DLSC model of Kimura is the representative of the double-layer satellite network, but the DLSC model excessively relies on redundant connections to increase the stability of the network, and at the same time brings the consequence of high complexity of the satellite network system. Based on coverage, bandwidth, delay, delay jitter, packet loss rate, throughput and other service quality indicators, the backbone network / access network model and the idea of "moderately connected" inter satellite link are adopted to design a LEO / MEO double-layer network structure that can meet the service quality and reduce the complexity of the network system.
