摘要：
The issue of implementation of innovation strategy is still little explored in practice-applied field of innovation management. In business practice are encountered more errors on the part of managers in this area, resulting in a failed implementation of innovation strategies in the business. The aim of this paper is on based detailed analysis of literature and conducted research to develop a model for effective implementation of innovation strategies in the business. This model is supported by a set of recommendations for its successful implementation. (C) 2014 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.
