摘要
The paper explores theoretically and empirically the implementation of a Human Resources Information System (HRMIS) impacts on the decision making of the Human Resources Managers through the use of business intelligence (BI) tools, as reports, analysis, dashboards and metrics or measures. The methodology approach is quantitative based on the results of a survey to 43 Human Resources Managers and Technicians and the method of data analysis was the correlation coefficient and regression analysis performed by SPSS software. The findings of this study has disclosed impressive insights into the topic which examines the impacts of the information gathered with the BI tools from the Human Resources System on the decisions of the Human Resources Managers and that impacts the performance of the organizations.
