摘要
A permanent training programme for primary Physical Education teachers is presented. A seminar on collaborative reflective practice in which fourteen specialist teachers participated was carried out. The teachers, guided by a trainer and researcher, sought to construct and reconstruct, over two years, their teaching-based knowledge of education in values through Physical Education. The training programme's design is based on: the sociocultural perspective of teaching and learning, Tardif's perspective on teaching knowledge, and theories on the construction of moral personality. The programme's analysis shows that reflection on teaching practice itself, exchange of experiences between peers, and the shared design and implementation of a project for innovation in the classroom, are the keys that benefit the professional development of the participants.
