摘要:
The present study aims to analyze a situation that has been, for a long time, a real challenge for professionals in history and archaeology: metal detection and accidental discoveries. The Romanian legislation is definitely deficient when it comes to the regulation of this area of law. A brief look at the legislation of other states can provide examples for a better regulation. The problems are serious, and legislative changes are imperative and urgent.
