Furan fatty acids of some brackish invertebrates from the Caspian Sea

摘要
Eleven furan (F) fatty acids were detected in total lipids from three invertebrates, crab Rhithropanopeus harrisii, crayfish Astacus leptodactylus eichwaldi and bivalvia Mytilaster lineatus, collected in the Caspian Sea. The major component of F-acids was isolated and identified using Ag+-TLC (silver ion chromatography), preparative HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography), NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance), HR-MS (high resolution-mass spectrometry), and GC-MS (gas-chromatography-mass spectrometry). The predominance of F-3, F-4 and F-6 acids was demonstrated.
