摘要
Based on the analysis of technology resources, including the R&D status, R&D funding, new products, patents, technological innovation and access of industrial enterprises of different regions on Yangtze River Economic Belt in 2013, this paper finished the empirical research on the S&T resources allocation efficiency of various areas in Yangtze River Economic, Belt with data envelopment analysis on the evaluation index system of input of human and investment, output of new product and S&T achievements, then the advices to optimize resources. allocation efficiency were also given.
