Empirical Research on the Establishment of Housing Guarantee System in Central Cities: A Case Study of Wuhan

摘要
A large amount of financial investment laid a sound basis for establishing the perfect housing guarantee system, and central cities characterizes a large population and a high flow of people. If we need to consider the urban infrastructure construction, we have to make overall plans for establishing the perfect housing guarantee system. This thesis would come up with the ideas on classified guarantee and batch solution on the establishment of housing guarantee system by studying the construction of indemnificatory housing in Wuhan. What's more, this thesis would provide some construction projects and policy proposals after predicting and analyzing the construction goals of the minimum quantity of guarantee.
