Study on the Optimization of China's Housing Guarantee System

Since 1998, with the reform of China's housing system, the function of housing market gradually have been recovered and improved, and government began to pay more attention to the housing low-income residents. But compare with the process of housing market, the process of government in solving the problem of medium and low-income housing system is slow. Housing issues not only related to the vital interests of people in living and work, but also related to social stability and equity. To build a harmonious socialist society, we must accelerate the pace in the establishment and improvement of medium and low-income families in the housing safeguards. On the base of existing system analysis of housing guarantee, closely combining the current situation and existing problems of China's medium and low-income families in housing, this paper bring forward the ideas and corresponding policy proposals in the improvement of the medium and low-income families in housing guarantee system.
