摘要
This study reported the part of our projects to develop coaching skills for physical education university students. We conducted the project to develop coaching skills for students in three years. Our project was the part of regular classes in our university. We took movies for regular sports classes and edited the movies for e-learning system. Students could watch their own play, explanations of professors and the progress of each class anytime they want. Usually, we had practical coaching training in each class. Upper grade students teach their major sports to lower students. However, major sports of all students were same in each class. In this situation, coaching training made too smoothly to develop coaching skills because all students had basic skills and knowledge in major sports. In practical situations, we teach any sports to students they had less ability to play sports than our university students. So, we need to prepare the situations in training as close as practical. In this study, we had practical coaching training in three classes, gymnastics, volleyball and tennis. Students were exchanged among three classes. For example, upper gymnastics students taught gymnastics to lower students with another major sports. Upper students confirmed their coaching movies in e-learning system and they reported their impressions. And also, another upper students evaluated his coaching through e-learning system. As results, this training had positive effects to upper students. Upper students felt more nervous feelings than usual training because they teach to students with another major sports. The atmosphere of training was different than usual training. We could prepare similar situations as practical. We plan to develop this training for all classes in our university.
