摘要：
With the development of economic globalization, the enterprise operation and management is also globalizing, and, at the same time, resources of one company are becoming geographically distributed. Grid is a system architecture that integrates all kinds of geographically distributed resources within a network to support cooperated problem solving. This paper applies gird theory to the study on grid organization and grided management. The definition and features of grided management is discussed. The theory of SBU is combined with grided management and SBU based grid organization is studied on its realization and features, which is a method to realize grided management.
