摘要
Based on Porter's "diamond" model, the differences between Zhongguancun and Hsinchu Science Park industrial clusters are discussed from four respects, such as "Factor condition," "demand conditions", "Related and supporting industries" and "Context for firm strategy and rival". The results show that, In addition to the "Context for firm strategy and rival", the innovation of Hsinchu Science Park in the remaining respects are better than Zhongguancun. Zhongguancun Science Park should strengthen the cooperation of government, industry, academia and research, constantly optimize the scale and structure of industrial clusters, and enhance the cluster structure competitiveness and market influence.
