Anomalous thermomagnetic effect in semiconductor heterostructures at low temperatures

摘要
A theory of the anomalous thermomagnetic effect is developed for electron interactions with piezoelectric phonons. The theory describe the effect for subhelium temperatures when the interactions are dominant in real heterostructures.
