摘要
Faced with the requirements of the Ministry of Education of Brazil, Higher Education Institutions need well defined institutional self-evaluation processes. The Organizational Climate surveys fall within this scope of evaluations, since they are capable of providing important diagnoses for the strategic management of institutions. Satisfied administrative staff and teachers will be better able to offer quality, positively impacting customer satisfaction. Thus, this study aims to analyze the results of an Organizational Climate survey conducted at a Higher Education institution in the State of Rio de Janeiro, and compare it with a student satisfaction survey conducted at the same Institution. For this, a secondary data analysis was performed, based on the surveys of Organizational Climate and student satisfaction performed by companies outsourced by the institution. It was verified that the high level of student satisfaction corresponds to the good organizational climate of the institution, especially with the satisfaction of the faculty and academic management.
