摘要
The characterization of a monolithic spiral inductor (MSI) by using a multilaver neural network approach is presented in this Letter. The inductance, phlysical, and geometrical parameters are extracted in order to perform a full characterization of MSI. A three-layer neural network was used,for accurate representation. The results obtained by using neural networks arc compared with measured S parameters of typical MSI. (C) 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
