摘要
Phase equilibria in the reciprocal system Cu2GeS3 + 3CdSe double left right arrow Cu2GeSe3 + 3CdS were investigated using differential thermal and X-ray phase analysis. Phase diagrams of five vertical sections were constructed as well as the isothermal section of the reciprocal system at 670 K, the liquidus surface projection and the spatial phase diagram. The existence of four solid solution ranges of the system components and the intermediate phases was established. (C) 2008 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved,
