摘要
In this paper we propose a simulation model combining two processes of different origin (the production process and the information flow of maintenance work-orders) in one model in order to investigate how the interaction between the processes affect the performance of the production system, as well as to define the optimization opportunities. The proposed approach aims to extend the capabilities of the conventional reliability analysis techniques by focusing on dynamic aspects of the production system and to present a method for representation of technical, operational, maintenance, organizational and economic aspects by simulation modeling concepts.
