On scheduling dynamic problems on distributed memory machines

摘要：
Generally speaking the scheduling algorithm for dynamic problems is run-time scheduling - dynamic scheduling. This approach has a big problem of the scheduling overhead in runtime. This paper first analyze dynamic problems and then presents a two-phase scheduling approach.
