摘要
Chongqing Municipality regular high school new curriculum reform was officially started in 2010; however, there are still quite a large number of teachers can not adapt to the English teaching under new curriculum reform background. The inadaptation of English teachers on the recognition on curriculum ideas, the storage of curriculum knowledge, the change of teaching material conception, the change of teaching method, and the construction of evaluation manners still exist. The paper starts from the above inadaptation, and raises some concrete improvement measures. Thus regular senior high school English teachers under new curriculum reform background can adapt to the new curriculum reform as soon as possible, and achieve their professional development in a faster way.
