摘要
Art disciplines have been marginalized in colleges and universities for a long time, but with the reform of curriculum system, the development of art teachers has made a new turning point. In view of this, under the background of curriculum reform, the art teachers' professional development was studied and analyzed in this paper, a quantitative analysis of the status of professional art teachers under the background of curriculum reform was made through questionnaire, reliability test, the standard deviation of the method of mathematical statistics; finally, the quality structure of teachers, the current situation of adaptability and the development were drawn. The results show that under the background of curriculum reform, teachers still need to enrich themselves and improve their professional quality.
