摘要
The urban rail system is an effective solution to the traffic problems in large and medium-sized cities, and also meets the requirement for the healthy and sustainable development of the cities. The evaluation is a comprehensive judgment on the system that concentrates its compatibility with the urban sustainable development. The complexity of the urban rail system is revealed through explaining the current situation. The integrated index system for evaluating urban rail traffic mainly includes six factors, such as society, economy, environment, regional resource exploitation effect, the relationship to others and the sustainable development of the society and economy. Especially, the introduction of the indicators of human resource development, cultural communication, technological advancement cultural environment and the sustainability of projects reflects the notion that urban rail traffic system must satisfy the needs of sustainable development strategy and the development of human environment and technology. The method and SPSS software are used in the course of data processing and evaluation, so the problem of too much influential factors and its quantificational assessment are solved perfectly. This will save abundant information and reduce dimensionality, make the course of the evaluation easier and increase the accuracy and objectivity of the evaluation. Finally, the feasibility and relativity of the model are demonstrated, thus the method system could provide practical reference concerning decision-making, construction and management of urban rail traffic.
