Recommendations for the Selection of the Appropriate Decision-Making Style for the Selected Problem Situations Using the Vroom-Yetton-Jago Model

摘要
Teamwork and collective decision-making removes the disadvantages of individual decision-making on the other hand it also brings its own specific problems. The following article focuses on the application of one of situation models namely model of Victor H. Vroom, Phillip W. Yetton and Arthur G. Jago. The goal is to confirm Vroom's claim of "autocratic situation" at case study in selected company.
