The Concept of the Quality Education and the Reform of the Sports Network Course in Colleges and Universities

Under the background of the college educational reform, the actively promotion of the reform of the college physical education is the key to improving the quality of the physical education in colleges and universities, cultivating the students' physical qualities, and ultimately promoting the quality education of the college students. The traditional sports teaching in colleges and universities is always based on the teaching of the sports technologies, and the new PE curriculums in colleges and universities take the concept to carry out the teaching with the health in the center. Such the reform is the new requirement put forward by the college students' quality education on the reform of the college sports curriculum. We should integrate the idea of the quality education into the reform of the physical education curriculum in colleges and universities, and promote the quality education of the college students. In this paper, the author clarifies the importance of the reform of the college PE curriculum in colleges and universities in the quality education of college students, analyzes the problems existing in the college students' quality education and the reform of the college physical education curriculum, and explores how to promote the quality education of the college students in the reform of the physical education curriculum in colleges and universities, to provide an effective reference for the reform of the physical education curriculum and the development of the quality education in colleges and universities.
