摘要：
With the continuous development of market economy, the competition between enterprises is increasing, especially the talent competition, and talent of their basic quality is the prerequisite for the talent competition. The goal of colleges and universities sports education is to cultivate the students' comprehensive interdisciplinary talents, to adapt to the social demand for talents, to keep pace with the university sports education. The only way to solve this problem is to improve the inner quality of physical education in colleges and universities and the teaching quality of physical education in colleges and universities.
