摘要：
Professional teachers play very important role in police vocational education and the professional teachers training is necessary in police colleges and universities, which is directly related to the realization of teaching quality of police profession education. In this paper, the quality that professional teachers should have and the training objectives was analyzed, based on the analysis of characteristics of police professional education and its requirement for professional teacher. Training ways, safeguard mechanism and problems needing attention were put forward, in order to improve the professional teachers training effectively, then improve the quality of police profession education.
