摘要
This paper deals with synchronous axial-flux generator with hybrid excitation in a stand-alone mode, when the field winding is powered by the armature winding. A mathematical model of electrical machine in the rotating coordinate system was developed to simulate the output characteristics of generator with hybrid excitation in Matlab Simulink. The magnetic losses were taken into account to estimate efficiency of generator. The designed synchronous generator was manufactured and tested.
