摘要
The Ni-P/Si3N4 nanocomposite surface layers were produced by chem. redn. on Al alloy surfaces from aq. soln. of NiSO4, NaH2PO2 and dispersed ceramic phase Si3N4 (particle size of 20-25 nm) in presence of HO(CH2)(2)COOH puffer and studied for morphol., surface topog. and mech. properties (microhardness and Young modulus). The Ni-P/Si3N4 layers showed higher hardness and Young modulus and better adhesion to the AW-7075 alloy than the Ni-P layers.
