摘要
Based on the analysis of the essential characters of fluctuating wind load, the M.Shinozuka method is giving to simulate the vertical fluctuating wind load of high-rise building. The sample's statistical characteristics of fluctuating wind load is acquired. Relating to the deduction of wind pressure uniform spectrum and calculation of wind load power spectrum, analytical progress of M.Shinozuka method is systemically discussed. The program is realized by MATLAB effectively. Then, a model of a giving high-rise building is established by finite element method. The wind induced responses of the high-rise building is studied, the displacement responses and acceleration responses at different heights are analyzed to evaluate whether the high-rise building can meet the requirements of the people.
