摘要
We investigate the polarity variation of high-speed wavelength conversion (WC) based on a semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) followed by an optical bandpass filter (OBF). An analytical expression of the filtered signal is deduced to reveal the polarity variation of WC. The evolution of both inverted WC and non-inverted WC with respect to the central wavelength and bandwidth of filter is theoretically demonstrated with numerical simulations.
