摘要：

Becauseofthe limitationsof the existed achievement, the paperattempts to extend the study of marketing risk pre-warning to include the application of BP network. Firstly it sets up amarketing riskpre-warning model based on BP network. Secondly it trainsand teststhe model. Finally it uses the model to pre-warn the market risk for anenterprise. This research shows that the model will be promising if used to judge marketing risk, analyzethe risk compositionand seek for risk-evading solutions.
