摘要：
This paper presents a measuring system for three-dimensional profile of the surface of cold rolled steel sheet, based on the principle of scanning white light interferometry. Tt adopts a basic structure of Michelson interferometer and semiautomatic fast focus-adjusting mechanism. Through acquisition and analysis of large number of interferograms, the relative height data of each pixel can be calculated and thereby be used to build an image of a surface.
