摘要：
The current higher vocational education mode in China is still relatively backward and it is unable to output a lot of high-quality talents, so how to form a high-efficiency higher vocational talent cultivation mode and implement it in place to cultivate high-quality technical application-based talents meeting the social requirements in a high efficiency has become a problem urgently to be solved in various higher vocational colleges of China. In combination with the practical effect of higher vocational education in China, the high-efficiency talent cultivation mode is discussed and researched in this paper for mutual reference and learning by higher vocational education practitioners
